FreeSaveVideo respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. The service is intended only for downloading content that users own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally authorized to save.
Unauthorized content is not allowed
Users may not download, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly perform, publicly display, adapt, or otherwise use unauthorized copyrighted content through FreeSaveVideo. A work being publicly viewable online does not mean it is free to copy or reuse.
Users must not use the service to bypass DRM, paywalls, account restrictions, technical protection measures, or other access controls.
User responsibility
Before submitting a URL, the user must determine whether the intended download and use are authorized. Authorization may arise because the user owns the content, has express permission or a suitable license, or has another legally recognized basis to save it. FreeSaveVideo cannot grant rights in third-party content.
Enforcement and repeat infringement
We may review credible reports, disable relevant access or functionality, preserve necessary records, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in infringement. Where appropriate and technically possible, we apply a repeat-infringer policy to users who repeatedly violate copyright or these Terms.
