Please review the product, price, included credits or membership period, and payment method before completing a purchase.

Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Purchases of memberships are final and non-refundable once the membership has been activated on the account.

We do not provide refunds for unused credits, partially used credits, an unused portion of an active membership period, a change of mind, lack of use, or incompatibility that was reasonably disclosed before purchase.

If a product is sold as an automatically renewing subscription, you may cancel it at any time through the available account or payment-provider controls, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. It does not refund or reverse charges for the current or previous billing periods.

Access included in the current paid period remains available until that period ends, unless access is suspended for misuse or a legal requirement.

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, charged without authorization, or did not receive the purchased credits or membership because of a verified technical error. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the account, reverse a duplicate or erroneous charge, or provide another remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Email [email protected] with the account email, order identifier, payment date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, payment passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.
