Video Pin · MP4
The downloader looks for video first, including a stream that may need processing before MP4 saving. A preview image alone does not prove that a video is available.

Open one Pin, copy its Pinterest or pin.it link, and save the media it actually exposes. A video Pin can yield an MP4; an image Pin is not a video waiting to be converted.

If no video is detected, an available image may be returned. An image result can also mean the video was not exposed to the parser; check the original Pin before retrying.
If the detected fallback is a GIF, it is saved as animated media. A JPG thumbnail is a still image and cannot recreate a missing animation.
The Pin may be an image, or its video resource may not be accessible to the downloader. Open the Pin and check whether it actually plays, then copy that specific Pin link again. A returned picture is not proof that the video was downloaded.
This page processes one Pin at a time. A board, profile, search page, or collection of Pins is not a supported single-Pin input.
Saving a Pin on Pinterest adds it to a board. Downloading writes a media file to your device. On a phone, check the browser Downloads list or Files app; a file may not be added to Photos automatically.
